The room I booked in advance was not available upon check-in, but after a quick call to the hotel management, they managed to accommodate me efficiently. Despite some issues with electricity and cleanliness, the amenities and ambiance of Flagship Sapphire Homes Stay were satisfactory. While I had to remind the staff multiple times regarding certain matters, they eventually resolved them. I recommend this hotel for its prompt service and decent facilities.
